Systems Engineer / Networks - ASG01136 Requirements analysis and architecture development for communications products deployed in military tactical voice and data networks. Work within a team environment to analyze networking CONOPS, provide allocations and contribute to the specifications for radio products operating within the networks. Work across radio hardware and software domains to assess impacts of network CONOPS and evaluate performance of radio product solutions. Candidate must have 10 years of related experience. Must have a thorough understanding of networks and/or communication systems concepts including analog and digital architectures, link analysis (OPNET skills a must) and system trade-off studies. CMM-I engineering process is highly desired. A good understanding of computer networking and routing including knowledge of legacy military systems, IP based systems, OSI network protocols, analog and digital communication infrastructures (CDMA, GSM, 3G, etc.) and data network experience is desired.
