Hardware Design Engineer - ASG03250 Develop electrical hardware for next generation GPS tracking systems. Responsible for design and factory introduction of critical system elements. Perform theoretical design, simulation, parts specification and prototype model building. Generate all required documentation for smooth product introduction into manufacturing. Minimum BSEE (or relevant) and 5+ years of experience in digital / analog hardware design. Senior Project Engineer - ASG03323 Manage multiple projects and interdisciplinary teams needed to meet all requirements related to electrical, mechanical, environmental, configuration control and reliability. Direct all aspects of the product design cycle, including product transition into manufacturing Evaluate cost targets and lead cost improvement activities. Serve as primary customer liaison, and coordinate design reviews, and generate and oversee schedules. Minimum BS in Engineering and 5+ years of applicable project management experience - including skills in structured problem solving, data analysis, forecasting, cost control and leadership. Good verbal and written communication skills, along with ability to lead cross-functional teams. RF knowledge is a plus, but not required. Principal Digital Hardware Engineer - ASG03443 Develop hardware products from design phase through field sustaining phase. Responsibilities encompass circuit design and analysis using schematic capture and FPGA design tools, directing PCB layout, prototype verification using lab instrumentation and PC-based development tools, supporting regulatory approval, and manufacturing introduction and sustaining. Must be able to work in a team environment with manufacturing and various engineering disciplines including System, Software, and Mechanical. Also must be able to work with internal and external contract developers. BSEE (or relevant) and 5+ years related experience. Ability to formulate specifications, and design/develop real-time, embedded processor hardware designs. Should also have knowledge of EMI/EMC design practices. Advanced degree pref. Support multiple systems integration programs with electrical engineering expertise. Analyze performance, reliability, safety, design margins, manufacturability, etc. Lead technological & team problem solving. Plan and execute troubleshooting activities. Analyze and present results to senior management. Develop team solutions with little oversight. Displays a depth of knowledge across multiple technical areas. Participates in development of technical strategies and teaming strategies on multiple projects. Leads medium sized technical proposals and contributes to large proposals. C4ISR Electrical Engineer - ASG03384 Senior engineer that is self-motivated and is a direct contributor with demonstrated success in technical and leadership roles. The engineer will have a broad knowledge of U.S. and international C4ISR systems with an emphasis on command and control and current knowledge of existing and emerging technologies. Good working knowledge of the full range of system development processes and will participate in all phases of program execution. Will collaborate with other system, hardware, mechanical, software, and specialty engineers to design and implement large-scale C4ISR Systems. May be called upon to perform tasks in the areas of project management, proposal development, customer interfaces, and sub-contractor over-site. Required to support domestic and international travel. Candidates must have good oral and written communication skills. Top Secret U.S. DoD security clearance is required. Must be familiar with the state of the art in military and civil communications systems. The engineer will be able to apply this knowledge to the design and implementation of complex C4ISR systems that interoperate with other such systems over secure networks and communications links. Experience in the design, implementation, and certification of large, multi-tier, secure networks is required. Demonstrated experience leading large, competative technical proposals is required. Must be U.S. Citizen. Senior Analog Electrical Engineer - ASG03391 Senior staff technical leader with demonstrated design and leadership skills. Tasked with solving difficult or complex technical problems. Responsibilities include planning and execution of moderate sized hardware development projects. Leadership responisibilites include mentoring less senior technical contributors and providing effective communication across the team. The main job function is to perform digital and analog hardware design within the following domains: microprocessor and digital bus interfaces, analog and digital audio interfaces, power supply and thermal design.
